Shipping Policies
For Domestic online orders, the shipping charges are calculated based on Domestic U.S. shipping destinations. Domestic orders will be shipped using UPS Ground Delivery.
For international online orders, we will promptly email a quote for the additional shipping charges. You must respond to the email quote and authorize us to charge your credit card for the additional shipping charges.
If you do not respond to our email, or respond indicating that you wish to cancel your order, we will reverse the charges placed on your credit card at the time of the order.
Overseas deliveries are made via Federal Express, U.P.S., D.H.L. or Airborne Express. We will investigate the best possible freight rate and choose the respective courier based on each individual order. Courier charges are based on the destination, weight and dimensional size of the shipment. Please note that shipping & handling charges do NOT include any customs duty or VAT/GST taxes. These are assessed by customs and charged separately.
