Return Policy
At GPS-Systems-Direct.com we are committed to providing you with expert advice and recommendations for your GPS purchasing needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new and unopened product (except for non-returnable items) within thirty (30) days of the ship date of your order. All returns require prior approval by submitting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. To obtain a RMA, please send an email to returns@gps-systems-direct.com. You will receive a response within twenty four (24) hours. All returns made without a RMA will be refused.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days once we have received your return. After your return is processed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming your refund. For items returned in new and unopened condition, we apply a 25% restock fee. If the items were shipped to you with free shipping, we will deduct a $10 shipping and handling fee from your refund. Defective items can be returned for a replacement within 30 days.
Videos, DVDs, and Software/CD ROM programs are not returnable.
