To begin shopping with us browse our site, by clicking on the product category on the left that interests you. Once you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button.
You can then continue to shop and browse our site. When you decide to check out items, simply click the "Check Out" icon in the top right corner. This will let you view the contents of your shopping cart and begin the check-out procedure.
To check the status of an existing order please fill out our online Contact Us Form and a GPS Systems Direct customer service representative will contact you promptly with the status of your order. If your order has already been shipped, your waybill number will be issued to you so you can track your shipment as it is on its way to you.
Since GPS Systems Direct carries only specialty GPS gear, no returns will be allowed after 30 days on any items purchased. If items are returned within the 30 day mark there will be a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise ordered with no exceptions. Only unopened merchandise will be accepted within the 30 day period. If, however, you receive goods damaged during shipment, please fill out our Contact Us Form with the appropriate information. You then need to request an RMA# to return your item(s). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.

All out of stock items may be canceled as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped then the order cannot be canceled, so please be sure that the item you are ordering is the item that you want before placing your order.
To cancel an existing order simply fill out our Contact Us Form and request that your order be canceled and state the reason of the cancellation. Please state all information in full so it will be easier to track you order. Your order will be canceled as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If you must cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible as to be sure that the order can be canceled in time. If the order has already been shipped then it will be too late to cancel your order.
